² “Command the Israelis to send outside the encampment every leper, everyone who has a discharge, and whoever is ritually defiled by contact with a corpse.^{[a] 3} Whether male or female, send them outside the camp so that they won’t defile their camp, because I live among them.” ⁴ So the Israelis sent them outside the camp.
